The judges will be looking for a tailor-made solution that has had a major positive impact on the commissioning organisation. You will need to demonstrate this impact as a direct result of your solution.
Blended Learning Solution of the Year
The judging panel will be looking for a blended solution that has been formulated to meet real business needs. You must show how the solution meets these needs and the impact this has had on the business.
Coaching Programme of the Year *NEW*
The judges will be looking for how and why the coaching programme has been set up and how well it integrates into and supports the overall stakeholder objectives. The programme can be a team, organisation or individual project.
e-Learning Solution of the Year *NEW*
The judges will be looking for a solution where the learning is delivered via any e-media that can be accessed via a computer. You must demonstrate why the type of media was chosen and how the solution has enhanced the learning experience and achieved real results.
Educational & Learning Export Product of the Year *NEW*
The judges will be looking for a solution where the learning is delivered via any e-media that can be accessed via a computer. You must demonstrate why the type of media was chosen and how the solution has enhanced the learning experience and achieved real results.
Learning Organisation of the Year *NEW*
The judging panel will be looking for an organisation that has adopted a new culture where people at all levels (individuals and collectively) are continually improving their capacity to produce better results for the organisation.
Rapid e-Learning Solution of the Year *NEW*
The judges will be looking for an e-learning solution that has been implemented quickly and enables hundreds of employees to be easily trained on a product, process or initiative. This solution must be rich in content and cost-effective.
Serious Games Solution of the Year *NEW*
The judges will be looking for the best simulation, learning game or virtual environment that has been adopted by an organisation. The solution must motivate, educate, and engage the end-user ensuring the reinforcement of content and the achievement of the learning outcomes set by the client.
Training Venue of the Year
The judges will be looking for a venue that offers the best services and support for the learning industry. All relevant factors will be considered including customer service and technical support.
Outstanding Contribution to the Learning Industry
The judging panel will be looking for an individual who has made an outstanding or innovative impact in the world of learning and development over a number of years.
Learning Provider of the Year
The learning community gets the opportunity to vote for the Learning Provider of the Year on www.learnevents.com. Voting commences on 14 July 2008 and closes on 21 October 2008. As the winner is selected via an online vote, submissions cannot be taken for this award.
