Exhibitor top tips for a successful World of Learning
1. Invite your key clients and prospects to visit you at the event - use the new e-tickets!
You will have recently received printed copies of the World of Learning Standard Visitor tickets and Platinum Visitor invitations. You can mail these to your key clients and contacts, inviting them to come and visit you on your stand at the exhibition. This year though, for the first time, the World of Learning is also providing you with `e-tickets', which will be emailed out in early October. Why not use these in email shots to target your major prospects, and encourage them to visit the show? Simply attach the pdfs to your email campaigns.
2. Make the most of the free visitor features to attract your key contacts
With new workshops and features, this year's World of Learning has even more reasons for visitors to attend the exhibition. So make sure that when promoting yourself for the event you highlight all the free workshops, seminars and presentations that they can take advantage of during their time at the show.
3. Use the World of Learning logo
Make sure you include this on all your advertisements to help promote your company's presence and attract more visitors to your stand. Include a strapline along with the logo such as "Come and see us at the World of Learning on stand xxx". Adding the World of Learning logo and featuring the event on your company website can also help further promote your company and increase traffic to your website.
4. Add the World of Learning to your email signature
If you and your colleagues have an email signature, why not add the World of Learning to it, to help promote your presence to all your contacts on a daily basis. For example, you could use:
XXX will be exhibiting at the World of Learning Conference & Exhibition,
14 & 15 November 2007, NEC Birmingham.
Come and visit us on stand xxx
5. Use the event PR agency to help promote your stand
Clareville Communications, the official PR agency for the World of Learning, conduct an extensive PR and press campaign in all major trade, regional and national publications. Clareville will work hard to try and gain your company exposure in these titles through show previews editorial and articles. So make sure that you complete and return the PR Form on page 34 of the exhibitor manual as soon as possible as many of the editorial deadlines are fast approaching!
6. Make your brand stand out with the World of Learning sponsorship opportunities
