Amanda specialises in AI adoption, digital skills and workplace technology enablement, helping colleagues at Softcat build the confidence and capability to get the most from AI and emerging technologies. She turns complex concepts into practical, accessible learning that people can apply in their day-to-day work. Her experience spans learning strategy, digital adoption, training design and facilitation, with a focus on helping people and teams adapt to new ways of working. Alongside her role at Softcat, Amanda co-founded an EdTech start-up with her husband, combining her passion for learning, technology and entrepreneurship.
