Andy Chandler is an ICF‑credentialed coach (PCC). With a background in senior leadership roles, Andy now works with leaders, teams and organisations navigating complexity, change and growth. He tutors on Barefoot’s ICF‑accredited coach training programmes and regularly speaks on the psychology of coaching at work, translating psychological theory into practical tools leaders can use every day. Andy is passionate about making coaching accessible, evidence‑based and impactful in real organisational settings.
