Arnaud Blachon is the CEO and co-founder of Rise Up, the European all-in-one learning platform used by 5 million learners across 73 countries. A computer engineer by training and an expert in the European L&D markets, he co-founded Rise Up in 2014 with his brother Guillaume. His conviction: blended learning makes businesses more competitive, and employees more engaged. Today, Arnaud is leading Rise Up into its next chapter with Forge, an AI performance officer that turns learning into performance by connecting content and context in real time.
