David is Lloyds Banking Group’s Future Ways of Working Director, leading enterprise-wide transformation across AI enablement, the future of work, workforce strategy, operating model design, and global real estate. Prior to this, David focused on shaping core elements of Lloyds Banking Group’s strategic transformation agenda, including the Group’s People Strategy, Cost Strategy for the 3rd Strategic Review (GSR3), and regulated change delivery in a customer facing environments cross-Group.

With over 18 years’ experience within the Group, David has held central positions within several customer facing areas including telephone banking and customer services, along with multiple roles across retail products, regulation and the industry PPI rectification programme.

As Executive Sponsor for disability within the People and Places function and Inclusion Champion for Future Ways of Working, David is dedicated to advancing inclusion and disability awareness as a core element of creating exceptional office and branch environments for colleagues and customers. This commitment is demonstrated through the recent, and largest, workplace transformation undertaken at Lloyds Banking Group.
