Now an Account Director at Thrive, Debbie works closely with customers to drive engagement, adoption and long-term impact, combining strategic thinking with a practical, people-first approach rooted in real-world retail experience.

Tim Brown, Senior People Development Manager, Reiss
With over 15 years’ experience in learning and development across retail and corporate environments, Tim is an energetic and passionate L&D professional and coach who loves helping people suffer less and be their best. Working closely with leadership teams, they design and deliver end-to-end L&D strategies — from leadership and talent programmes to apprenticeships, engagement initiatives and LMS delivery — combining strategic thinking with a hands-on, people-first approach.
