Dr Nicola Thomas combines over 25 years’ experience across higher education and corporate learning, delivering academic rigour with practical insight to help L&D teams turn feedback into evidence-based action. She founded Disco Analytics to help organisations prove and improve their learning and development impact. She is leading the development of Discostat, a custom-built AI platform that transforms learner feedback into rapid, actionable insights.
