Emma started her career in HR as a generalist and developed a passion for the impact that great learning and talent practices can have on individual and organisational performance. With a career spanning Banking (Schroders), FMCG (PepsiCo), the Charity sector (Oxfam) and retail (Boots), Emma now leads the Learning and Talent Management team at Domino’s focusing on connecting skills and talent to the organisational strategy at all stages of the colleague lifecycle – from Talent attraction to succession planning and strategic workforce management.
