Erica is passionate about providing opportunities in business, specifically driving innovation with tech. Recent examples are the ‘AI for the Average Joe’ podcast show, making the complex, simple. Erica is also an advisory member of the AI in Work & Skills Forum, a great storyteller, and seasoned presenter and authoring her first book on AI.

In 2025, he received the prestigious Colin Steed award for “Outstanding Contribution to Learning” at the Learning Awards.
