Erica has a background in Learning & Development from a range of sectors including the NHS in a health improvement board, Social Care and being a L&D Consultant in the private sector. Her passion is in developing people to achieve their goals and creating a positive and enriching learning culture everywhere she goes. Erica has a Masters in Organisational Development and Change Management and did her dissertation on ways to create an empowerment culture.
