Since inception in 1998, we have helped some of the UK’s leading employers to implement transformation strategies and to instil new behaviours. Our learning content draws on current best business practices, and emerging ideas from the fields of neuro- and behavioural science.

We are an approved centre with the Chartered Management Institute offering qualifications in Leadership & Management (Levels 3 & 5) and Coaching & Mentoring (Levels 5 & 7). We are also sub-contracted under the National Apprenticeship Scheme to deliver training to Level 3 and 5 participants at the University of Greenwich and are working towards becoming an Approved Apprenticeship Provider.
