Harry Chapman-Walker joined Kallidus as a graduate in 2013, progressing through various roles and earning an Executive MBA in 2020. In 2021, he became Executive Vice President of Sapling in the US to expand Kallidus’ North American presence. In March 2024, he returned to the UK as CEO of Kallidus, focusing on the company’s vision, strategy, and culture, with the aim of closing the development gap and ensuring L&D continuously delivers measurable outcomes

With over 17 years of experience across L&D and EdTech, Phill Lord-David is passionate about helping organisations move from “talking about outcomes” to actually delivering them. As Senior Product Manager at Kallidus, he focuses on making sure their products connect learning, performance, and business goals; turning strategy into measurable impact. Having previously led learning design, UX, and L&D teams, Phill understands both the operational pressures and strategic opportunities. His sessions are known for cutting through the noise with practical insights, a dose of honesty, and real-world examples that challenge how L&D thinks about value.
