Helen is the Head of Learning, Skills and Talent for Ipsos UK, a leading data, insights and consulting company. Previously she was the Global Head of Learning and Development for Kantar, a private equity backed, market research company. Helen leads learning, coaching, mentoring and career development and is passionate about empowering all colleagues to shape their own career success in a sustainable, practical and impactful way. Prior to her career in learning, Helen held roles in Product Development and Client Management which cemented her love of creating insightful stories using data. Helen lives in Warwickshire with her two children and Mini Schnauzer, Watson.
