Jill Dawes

As Head of Innovation and Impact at the Brathay Trust, Jill has lead the co-creation of novel, impactful learning that mobilises equitable ways of evaluating personal, social, and ecological well-being for both people and planet.
Prior to this she led a talented team of learning and development consultants offering bespoke experiential programmes for a broad range of employers.

As a practitioner, coach, and activist at heart, she has recently immersed herself in nature practice – to understand how becoming more connected to self, others and place can bring about transformation change.
