Director, Designed for Learning
John has over 20 years’ experience helping commercial and public sector organisations design and deliver effective digital learning. He specialises in connecting great learning design with the right technology – whether that’s large-scale content programmes or full platform implementations.
As a learning designer, John contributed to two award-winning projects at the 2013 E-Learning Awards (now the Learning Technologies Awards). Since 2015, he has served as an awards judge and chair across multiple categories.
From 2015 to 2017, John was Chair of the E-Learning Network (ELN), where he led its transformation into a sponsored, industry-supported organisation and launched its first annual conference – now a key event in the digital learning calendar.
John is also a regular conference speaker, presenting at Learning Technologies, World of Learning, LN Connect, and other industry events.
