Whether that’s enhancing leadership and team dynamics, consulting and coaching, or elevating employee well-being and potential, Kim provides energy and critical thought. As Director of Culture & Development, Kim is currently focusing on people managers’ capabilities and communication skills while advising and partnering with the HR Leadership Team and providing wider leadership and mentorship across the business.
