Richard escaped the clutches of research at Nottingham University to form Atlantic Link and now Mind Click. The hats he’s worn over (too) many years include instructional designer, programmer, project manager, product developer and voiceover artist (desperate measure).
Richard keeps a keen eye on technology but his passion is learning design – particularly the forgotten skill of creative writing. He loves elegant simplicity the most – in learning approach, creativity and technical design. He adds humour at any opportunity to negate the drab brush learning can be tarred with.
Richard works with RBS, Tesco and BT to revitalise their learning and help internal teams achieve their creative potential.
