You run a leadership workshop. The energy is high. The facilitator is engaging. The feedback forms come back glowing: “Best training I’ve ever had,” “Learned so much about the GROW model.”

But then… Monday happens. The whirlwind of the operation takes over. The manuals go in a drawer, and within a week, your managers are back to their old habits.

The frustration this causes L&D teams is immense. you’re held accountable for “driving culture change,” yet you’re fighting the forgetting curve every single day. You invest budget and heart into programmes that yield little more than a temporary morale boost.
