Luke is a talent management advisory veteran, having worked with organisations big and small across the UK and Ireland for many years. He helps organisations scope, design and implement talent management projects, from rolling out a new LMS to introducing a full HCM transformation – from recruiting to onboarding, upskilling and career mobility all the way through to performance management and succession planning – Luke has done it all.

Lisa has worked in Human Resources for 15-years – five of them spent supporting businesses implementing new talent solutions. Her career has always linked back to her love of people and all things HR, especially how technology can improve the employee journey. Lisa’s passion for solutioning transformational people practices and rewarding employee experiences whilst working collaboratively, and building long-term partnerships is what drives her and her customers to joint success.
