Meena is an accomplished Non-Executive Director and business leader with a portfolio career spanning executive leadership, governance, inclusion and social impact. She is CEO of City HR, the long-established member-led association for Financial Services organisations, and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, as well as a Trustee for Community Schools Trust and founding trustee of Hyfa. Her work focuses on leadership, inclusion, governance and advancing diverse talent across Financial Services and the wider public and third sectors. She was recognised by Cranfield School of Management as one of the “100 Women to Watch” and featured in the Inspire List by Trustees Unlimited.
