Megan works at the intersection of AI strategy, responsible AI and organisational transformation. At KPMG, she leads initiatives focused on helping organisations realise the value of AI through the development of AI-enabled products, analytics capabilities and advisory approaches that connect emerging technology with workforce transformation and business strategy. Her work focuses on translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable and responsible solutions, with particular emphasis on how AI is reshaping work, skills and organisational decision-making.

Experience and expertise

Alongside her consulting work, Megan is an active speaker and researcher on ethical AI and the future of work, exploring how organisations can adopt AI in ways that are innovative, responsible and beneficial for both businesses and their people. She is currently completing a PhD focused on leadership, innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies within organisations. Her areas of expertise include AI strategy, responsible AI governance, enterprise transformation and the future of work.
