With nearly 20 years’ experience in Learning and Development, Nick is a senior learning leader with a passion for learning technology, digital innovation, and customer‑centric design. In his current role he leads and develop a team of instructional and Digital designers and curriculum specialists, overseeing a complex portfolio of pan‑business learning projects and personally shaping high‑impact solutions. Previously a head of Virtual Learning, Nick has established and scaled virtual learning capabilities for global organisations, delivering thousands of virtual events and large‑scale learning programmes reaching tens of thousands of employees. Actively involved in virtual delivery since 2013, he brings deep expertise across blended, virtual, and face‑to‑face learning. APM, Agile and CIPD qualified, he is driven to break traditional design boundaries and create learning that genuinely changes performance and experience.
