Barrister, Workplace Investigator, The Chambers of Robin Somerville
Robin Somerville is a busy and experienced workplace and corporate investigator and disciplinary or grievance chair, alongside his practice as a barrister, mediator, and part time judge. He conducts complex, challenging, and sensitive investigations and hearings, typically involving CEOs, senior executives, and board members, chairing both first stage and appeal hearings. His formal legal and judicial training, alongside dedicated investigations training, gives clients the benefit of an approach beyond the traditional HR background investigator. He is the author of The Workplace and Corporate Investigator’s Handbook and will shortly publish Judgecraft: The Art of Sound Decision Making.
