With over nine years’ experience collaborating with senior leaders, HRDs and L&D professionals, Rucha specialises in integrating funded and commercial learning pathways that deliver measurable impact. Drawing on partnerships with leading providers like Grant Thornton and a global network of thought leaders, she helps organisations reimagine leadership development, building capability at the highest levels and creating cultures where great leadership drives lasting transformation.
Ruth Walsh’s career has been shaped by living and working across Argentina, the USA, Azerbaijan, Scotland, India and England. She has established new business branches and worked across technical, marketing, business development, HR, finance, risk, compliance and stakeholder management. Ruth has contributed to government trade and investment projects and supported entrepreneurs and start-ups establishing in the UK. Her career focus has been on change management, people and continuous improvement. Over the past decade, she has applied these principles to supporting clients’ people agendas and, as a professional coach, individuals’ personal growth. Working with colleagues, academic partners, industry experts and clients, she aims to harness technology and insight to develop programmes that address evolving skills needs.
