Professional background

Samir Das is an AI Learning & Knowledge Technology Architect at Meta, where he designs and builds multi-agent AI systems that transform how large organisations learn, manage knowledge, and develop performance at scale. Over the past three years, Samir has moved from programme management into AI product architecture, building two production systems in active use across Meta’s Global Operations: Learning Catalyst, a six-agent AI eLearning authoring platform that generates production-ready courses in under four minutes; and Agent Forge, an AI-powered performance simulation environment delivering measurable QA score improvements across large-scale operations. Learning Catalyst was selected as a featured innovation at Meta’s Global Spring Hackathon 2026.

Beyond Meta, Samir is a Level 8 Legend author on eLearning Industry (16 published articles), a published author of five books on AI and organisational learning (with two manuscripts under review with Kogan Page and Wiley), and a sought-after speaker on AI-native learning design. He spoke at the 11th Corporate L&D Summit in Berlin and delivered a Fireside Chat with Meta at Whatfix Inspire London 2026 (Lord’s Cricket Ground). He is also the founder of Sam’s Digital Academy and Sam’s Digital Consultancy, providing free AI and L&D education and consulting to practitioners who cannot access enterprise-scale resources.
