Head of People, Health Care First Partnership
Sarah is an experienced people and generalist professional with extensive public and private sector experience, specialising in people strategy, organisational development, employee engagement, wellbeing and change management.
Currently Head of People and CQC Nominated Individual at Health Care First Partnership (an at scale Primary Care Provider), she works at senior level to develop people-centred strategies, strengthen organisational culture, support effective governance and ensures best practice across the employee lifecycle. Sarah has significant experience within primary care, including practice management, people leadership and operational management across multiple sites, and has also served as a Practice Manager Director on the Conexus Health Ltd Board.
Outside of Health Care First, Sarah is a Board Trustee Member for the Prince of Wales Hospice, Pontefract and also Chair of the Civilian Welfare Committee for the Royal Air Force Air Cadet 2460 Pontefract Squadron.
