Sasi (Sarah) Venables is a CIPD Chartered Fellow, qualified coach and facilitator, and a senior HR Business Partner for the University of Worcester, with 25 years’ public sector experience across policing, fire and rescue, and higher education. She specialises in confidence-building, professional identity, wellbeing and human-centred leadership for HR professionals, translating complex HR practice, employment legislation and organisational change into practical, actionable leadership frameworks.
