Sasi (Sarah) Venables is a CIPD Chartered Fellow, qualified coach and facilitator, and a senior HR Business Partner for the University of Worcester, with 25 years’ public sector experience across policing, fire and rescue, and higher education. She specialises in confidence-building, professional identity, wellbeing and human-centred leadership for HR professionals, translating complex HR practice, employment legislation and organisational change into practical, actionable leadership frameworks.

Sasi is the founder of The HR Confidence Club and designs and delivers development programmes and masterminds for senior HR leaders. Through bespoke coaching programmes, interactive workshops and reflective tools, Sarah creates psychologically safe spaces where HR practitioners can rebuild self-belief, articulate their value and set strong boundaries, strengthening their influence and leadership impact. Her style is compassionate, emotionally intelligent and grounded, underpinned by integrity and evidence-based practice.
