Founder, We are Creators
Sascha Evans is the Founder of We The Creators, where she works with businesses and universities to design learning experiences that work for neurodivergent and disabled learners. With over 20 years of experience in transformational learning design, Sascha’s approach focuses on building sustainable internal capability rather than creating external dependency.
We the Creators has led neuroinclusive transformation programes for companies like Virgin StartUp and SBRI Healthcare. She has partnered with academics from UCL, created products and services for neurodivergent young people and has worked with schools on neuroinclusion. WTC has a team of neurodivergent and disabled accessibility consultants, content designers, learning designers, trainers and facilitators. The ambition of the company is to shift training and teaching from reactive compliance to proactive and purposeful design.
