Laura Sheikh leads the Performance, Talent and Skills Strategy at British Airways where her mission is to ensure every colleague has the opportunity to fulfil their potential at BA, using their unique skills as a 2 compass to guide their career journey. Her passion for talent development was sparked after being selected for a HiPo programme earlier in her career – an experience which inspired her to pivot from Corporate Affairs into Talent & Leadership Development.
