Steve dedicates his working life to helping organisations and the people in them thrive through change. Steve has extensive experience of working with L&D teams to develop change management capability and believes that doing so in the context of real changes that matter is vital to achieving great outcomes. He is a Prosci Certified Advanced change management Instructor and lives in West Sussex.

Emma de-la-Haye

An accomplished change leader, executive & personal coach & a senior Prosci® Certified Advanced Instructor for CMC Partnership Global. Emma leads the full suite of Prosci programmes & workshops. In a global role, she supports CMC clients across the world to establish, mature and sustain their change management competence. Emma has extensive experience of transformation programmes & operational delivery gained through her work in the corporate environment for the past 30 years, the last 20 of these at director and board/senior leadership levels. Emma particularly enjoys working with board members & organisations’ emerging leadership cohorts to develop their understanding of & response to what it takes to be an effective sponsor of change in today’s uncertain & fast-paced world.
