Founder, Fuse Universal
I have two drivers with a common aim which is to make a positive difference through the work I am involved in. A drive towards the democratisation of learning & knowledge. As the CEO and founder of Fuse I am lucky enough to work with some of the biggest brands and organisations in the world. I believe these progressive organisations share a common goal to push the boundaries of learning technology & find the best integration or blend with “face to face” delivery, for the desired goal of increasing people performance and individual opportunity. Fuse, has been inspired by the creativity that has come from our charitable goal of providing free world class secondary school education which now has a charity dedicated to this goal (fuseschool) and in its first year has gained 15,000 subscribers and 1.5 million views and will move from the completion of the digitisation of one core subject (chemistry) to all 6 within the next 12 months. 2 We are proud of building a modern commercial company, one that is not only commercially successful and drives innovation but has a social conscience in its core and foundation. I love the fact that we attract like-minded people (staff & customers) who want to make a difference through the work that they do, whether that is improving lives through the Virtual School or making our clients more efficient and competitive by creating enhanced access to their collective intelligence. Previously, I founded one of the UKs first elearning companies (Fuel) and grew it over 10 years to become Europe’s 2nd largest bespoke elearning company, servicing over 40 of the FTSE 100 before selling to a US organisation. Specialties: Online learning and communication. elearning technologies. Knowledge sharing. Enterprise social media
