Teresa Rose is an Organisational Development practitioner, board advisor, and Executive Coach with over twenty years’ experience spanning corporate leadership, global consulting, and digital transformation, including senior HR and OD roles at E.ON where she pioneered digital learning transformation across the group. She works with enterprise and SMB teams on skills-based workforce strategies, governance, and leadership development, and has partnered with organisations including HSBC, Deutsche Bank, London Stock Exchange Group, the World Bank, Rolls-Royce, GSK, and the NHS; a Fellow of the CIPD and dual-accredited Executive Coach, her work has been recognised with Brandon Hall Gold and Learning Technologies Silver awards.
