As an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager, Craig has worked with global enterprise customers of all sizes and from different verticals focusing on ROI/ROE, and has extensive consultative experience working with global customers to define and implement strategical objectives, aligning solutions to ensure continuous adoption and high levels of engagement.

Laura Overton

Laura is an award-winning learning analyst dedicated to uncovering and sharing effective practices in learning innovation that lead to business value. The author of over 40 reports and hundreds of articles, her work is based on 35 years of practical experience and a commitment to supporting evidence-based learning decisions. Committed to surfacing and sharing collective wisdom, Laura established #Learningchangemakers and is a co-founder of Emerging Stronger, global initiatives to support the changing world of workplace learning.As the founder and original CEO of Towards Maturity, she is also known for leading a 15-year longitudinal study programme (2004 – 2019) with thousands of Learning leaders and workers around the globe to uncover and share learning strategies that lead to business success.In the UK, Laura is an Academic Fellow of the CIPD and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. In the last decade, she was the first woman to be awarded the Learning and Performance Institute’s prestigious Colin Corder Award for services to training and was the recipient of the inaugural elearning age Special Achievement award at the Learning Technology awards. Since 2014 she has been consistently recognised as a significant global influencer of workplace learning trends.

Ryan Cooper

Ryan is responsible for looking after all of Learning Pool’s learning libraries. Our Off the shelf content offer is extensive and he is always looking for ways to innovate, accelerate trends and find solutions to meet and beat the expectations of Learning Pool customers.He builds great relationships that enable growth in learning libraries, exploring new and existing markets and developing stronger relationships with our customers.Ryan has a pedigree in Product Management across HR technologies and of course learning specifically.

Jo is the Co-founder and Director of PeopleUnboxed  – a people solutions consultancy obsessed with making a tangible difference to individuals and organisations in the areas of L&D and employee engagement. Jo is a highly commercial and dynamic senior HR and L&D professional, with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality and retail industry.Prior to launching PeopleUnboxed, Jo led the employee experience strategy for the McDonald’s UK market, rolling out forward-thinking cultural engagement and wellbeing initiatives for a 120,000-strong workforce. Paul Westlake

Paul is Digital Director at  PeopleUnboxed  – a people solutions consultancy obsessed with making a tangible difference to individuals and organisations in the areas of L&D and employee engagement.  Prior to joining PeopleUnboxed, Paul, or Westy, led McDonald’s UK through the digital transformation of their L&D offering, being personally responsible for developing online learning interventions and shaping the strategy for over 120,000 employees. Following a 10-year spell with McDonald’s UK L&D, he moved ‘supplier side’ as a Digital Solutions Consultant with Kineo, where he designed multiple ground-breaking, award-winning learning solutions for many high-profile clients. Westy is a true learning technology geek! Highly skilled in digital design and delivery, along with LXPs and all things learning tech, he’s also a talented instructional designer and facilitator. He loves nothing more than thinking up innovative solutions to his client’s technical challenges! This deep expertise has earned him great credibility in the L&D world, and he is frequently invited to join expert panels, deliver talks, judge awards, and join podcasts.

Nick Butcher

Starting his career in the Automotive industry for HWM, the oldest Aston Martin Dealership in the world, Nickhas never been far away from four wheels and an engine! Throughout his career he has focused on delivering effective People Strategies that unlocks a High-Performance Culture within a business. He has also developed and delivered Leadership & Teamwork Programmes looking to add an “F1 Attitude” for, amongst others, 3x Formula One World Champion Sir Jackie Stewart OBE’s charity Race Against Dementia. The charity funds postgraduate PHD Scientific Dementia Research Fellows at Universities across the world. This project included collaboration with members from the McLaren and Mercedes Formula 1 teams. He is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD and Board Trustee for the charity halow project.

Nathan Nalla

Nathan is the founder and Director of Be The Riot, supporting organisations to create an inclusive working culture through facilitated learning workshops and consultancy services. Nathan supports organisations to develop equity, diversity & inclusion strategies from small start-ups to large multinational businesses and charities. Nathan has more than 10 years’ experience designing and facilitating learning content as well as public speaking in a variety of contexts. Nathan’s Specialist areas include inclusive leadership, inclusive behaviours, inclusive recruitment and antiracism. As well as this, a focus on workplace programme development for exploring and monitoring inclusive culture, reviewing ways of working, understanding employee and consumer experiences, diversity data collection and EDI committees and resource groups. As a man who is racialised as Black and identifies as gay, Nathan uses his personal experiences to shape his work, seeking to centre the voices of those from underrepresented or underserved groups and to foster approaches to EDI that lead to genuine long-lasting change.

Mark Robinson

Mark is MD of Chrome Angel Solutions and has spent over 30 years successfully transforming business performance in the railway and transportation industry. After starting at London Underground as a graduate electronics engineer, he spent the first half of his career working across a wide range of engineering management positions and major projects until he was Train Systems Manager, accountable for the engineering of rolling stock, signalling and control & information assets. He then joined AEA Technology plc and as Director of Rail Products, led the development and international distribution of condition monitoring, decision support and asset management systems. He has extensive experience of leading organisational change and large-scale transformation programmes.
In 2006, Mark was a founding partner of Chrome Angel Solutions, a specialist SME working with advanced technology partners from other industries to transfer innovative solutions to rail. Since then CAS has successfully built collaborative partnerships and implemented disruptive innovate new technologies, in pursuit of our goal to make a significant and measurable improvement to railway customer experience, operational performance and safety.

Marie Redor

Marie is the Head of Product at Rise Up, a fast-growing employee learning software solution. She joined  in 2019 and built an ambitious and successful product team, committed to delivering value to customers. Showcasing the work of product owners, researchers and designers, Marie is in charge of leading the product roadmap and vision. Prior to joining Rise Up, Marie worked in marketing and sales for the electric mobility market. Her commitment to social and environmental impact led her to join EDF in the French energy sector, where she worked for three years as internal consultant on various digital projects to simplify and accompany the different entities of the company. She became an expert in design thinking and agile development methods, which she used in numerous projects.

Ben Collier

Ben is co-founder at Ocasta, an EdTech company with a heritage in consumer apps for leading organisations like Virgin Media and easyGroup. Ocasta have taken that consumer mindset into the world of enterprise L&D technology, working with Next, Virgin Media O2 and Victoria’s Secret to modernise how they coach, train, onboard and communicate with their workforce.
Ben’s a keen technologist interested in human behaviour, learning from people’s needs and applying just the right amount of tech when needed.

Ricky Muddimer

Ricky is co-founder of the multi-award-winning behavioural change consultancy Thinking Focus. Ricky spent over twenty years leading sales and operational teams in the corporate world.  Ricky responded to a client challenge to develop the people skills of frontline managers in a fast-paced automotive business. The result was the invention of What Would You Do? – the award-winning social learning solution that blends gamification with group coaching and psychological safety.

Liz hardwell

Liz is Head of Learning Solutions at Sponge. She has 10 years’ experience in the digital learning industry, with a learning design background and consultancy focus across enterprise tech, pharma, and retail. She won Learning Designer of the Year bronze award at the Learning Technologies Awards 2019.

Pippa O’Brien

Pippa left school at 16 with a handful of GCSEs and no real knowledge of what she wanted to do with her life. By the age of 25, she had worked in the hospitality, aviation and wine industries but always felt she had more to offer. In the ‘90s, she had the privilege to work with a truly inspirational leader who recognised her potential, encouraged her to go to university and enabled her to grow as a person. This experience was formative in building Pippa’s belief in the power and influence of leadership and the importance of trust, support and challenge in the workplace. Pippa formed leadership development company PODA in 2000 and over the last 22 years has designed and delivered inspiring leadership and employee engagement programmes across a wide range of industry sectors. She has also studied at INSEAD, is a highly sought-after leadership coach and has represented Great Britain many times on the world stage as a Masters cyclist.

Joe Hill-Wilson

Joe is the Chief Commercial Officer and lead Solution Architect at Learn Amp and also part of the founding team. He has spent the last 14 years helping global scale-ups in people and organisational development. As a previous Head of L&D for a global services business, Joe is experienced in building a learning and development culture from the ground up. Working on four continents as a consultancy partner, he has developed a deep interest in how culture, ways of working and technology drive performance. Joe has been a judge for the UK Customer Experience Awards and regularly writes and speaks about the link between customer experience and employee experience.

Lucy Evans

Lucy is the Chief Customer Officer at Frog, a technology provider in both the education and commercial sectors. Lucy has worked in partnership with both large- and small-scale roll outs of technology across the globe for over 15 years. She strongly believes creating clear and achievable implementation plans, linked with key milestones and shared responsibilities across teams are paramount to success.

Lianne Weaver

Lianne Weaver is the Managing Director of Beam Development & Training Ltd, which delivers unique wellbeing and personal development training to companies both face-to-face and via elearning. She works with government organisations, banks, law firms as well as SME’s. Lianne is also a therapist, qualified within a range of different therapies and uses that experience to help learners get the most from Beam’s courses.
