We work with businesses and organisations through our corporate training division, Theatricom, which delivers immersive, theatre-based learning experiences that transform how teams learn, connect, and perform. We work with every business individually, taking time to understand their specific challenges and designing sessions that address them directly. Drawing on twelve curriculum areas including leadership, communication, EDI, wellbeing, psychological safety, and change management, our sessions are delivered by professional theatre artists and trained facilitators, bringing a quality of human connection and behavioural insight that no traditional training provider can match.
