Tim has over 20 years experience developing leaders in organisations and communities around the world. As Chief Learning Officer at Unilever, he was responsible for developing the leaders needed to deliver purpose and performance. Tim now works with organisations to build the leadership capability and the organisational cultures needed for the 21st Century, and is a Senior Associate at Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
