Trond is the co-founder and CEO of Attensi, a global leader in game-based simulation training. He regularly speaks on organizational development, artificial intelligence, and game-based learning. As a serial entrepreneur with experience in multiple startups and scale-ups, he has also worked at McKinsey and ABB. His passion for learning started early. He programmed his first video game at fifteen and later earned a master’s degree in physics from Georgia Tech. His focus is on improving learning tools to drive personal and professional growth, helping companies worldwide strengthen employee skills and achieve measurable improvements in key metrics.
